House Rules

  • TVC follows the most up to date American Cornhole League (ACL) rules and regulations.

  • Spin a bag or flip a coin to determine first throw, side of board, or color of bags.

  • Report scores to the score tablet at your court or to the designated kiosk if no electronic scoreboard is assigned to your lane.

  • In the event of a rule discrepancy, pause your game and consult the Local ACL Director or a TVC Director prior to completing your game. 

  • This document is subject to change at the discretion of TVC and players will be notified. 

Divisions and Payouts

  • TVC will payout 70% of all entry fees

  • Two Division Structure

    • 70% of payout money allotted to Advanced

    • 30% of payout money allotted to Social

  • Three Division Structure

    • 60% of payout money allotted to Advanced

    • 30% of payout money allotted to Competitive

    • 10% of payout money allotted to Social

  • Monday Night Cornhole

    • Entry fee is $10 per player for all tournament types and divisions.

  • If a lower player takes 1st in their division twice, they must move up one division. 

  • If a player goes 0-2 in bracket play two events in a row, they may drop one level. 

  • If after round-robin play, you are the “Walker” then your payout will be half of what was allotted for the place you finish.

Gem Club Rankings

  • In order to qualify for the Gem Club, you must play in 8 number singles events in the Advanced division. We will play 14 number of singles events per year. 

  • One point per rank awarded each week (i.e. 1st gets 1 point, 2nd gets 2, etc). Ranking will be based on lowest average and posted following the Elite Gems event. 

  • Gem Club season runs parallel with the ACL season (August-July).

  • No Competitive or Social rankings will be tracked for the Gem Club.  

  • Details subject to change due to COVID/Regional make-up cancellations. Communication will be posted as soon as changes are made.

Equipment/Maintenance Costs

  • 30% of all entry fees will go to TVC to cover equipment, maintenance, and venue costs including but not limited to boards, bags, score towers, tablets, software, internet, carpet, advertising, and marketing. All expenses must make the game better for TVC members. 

  • Records of all TVC purchases will be available on request.
